Heart of Stone

He built his dreams with fire and steel,   Through sweat and pain, through grit and will.   His path was carved with silent nights,   A war he waged beyond the sights.   But love, so sweet, so soft, so near,   Whispered dreams into his ear.   A choice was placed upon his chest—   His passion’s flame, or love’s request.   He turned away from burning light,   Held her close, embraced the night.   Yet soon he found, to his dismay,   Both love and purpose slipped away.   For goals demand a heart of stone,   And love still longs to call its own.   To chase one means to lose the fight,   To hold both tight is rarest might.   So walk the road with eyes aware,   Choose with wisdom, choose with care.   For once you drop what makes you whole,   You lose the fire—and lose your soul.

Rise

The best leaders walk a path untold,
Not bound by chains of regret grown cold.
They rise from shadows, casting them wide,
Leaving self-doubt on the mountainside.

Each step they take, a beacon of light,
Guided by purpose, bold in their fight.
They’ve learned the lesson that time imparts:
Mistakes are teachers, not weights on hearts.

No backward glance to what cannot change,
No lingering thoughts in a field of pain.
For every stumble, they find their feet,
Turning failure into a triumph sweet.

With vision clear and courage aligned,
They chart the course with a steady mind.
For the best of leaders, the truth is plain:
To move ahead, they must break the chain.

So forward they march, with heads held high,
Reaching for dreams that touch the sky.
For in their hearts, a fire will burn—
The past is a lesson, but never their turn.
