Learn to Starve Yourself

Before their hands withhold the plate, Before you're taught that hunger's fate, Learn to dine on less than full, To tame the beast, to break the pull. When crumbs are kings and silence feasts, You’ll find your strength among the least. A man who’s fasted tastes the air, Yet walks with calm through lean despair. Let discipline become your bread, And self-control the path you tread. For those who feast at others' cost Will leave you starving, cold, and lost. So train your gut to not depend On every gift that others send. Choose now the hunger you embrace— Or else be emptied in disgrace. Freedom wears a lighter frame, It does not beg, it plays no game. To starve by will is not to lose— It is the fiercest strength you choose.

Somber Mood of Heartbreak

When heartbreak knocks, a song begins,
A melody drawn from the depths within.
Each note a tear, each chord a sigh,
Echoing whispers of love's goodbye.

The strings of sorrow hum so low,
Tracing the pain only hearts can know.
In lyrics lost, we find our name,
A mirror reflecting our tender pain.

For sad songs speak where words do fail,
In minor keys, they tell the tale.
Of shattered dreams and hearts undone,
Of battles fought and none yet won.

They cradle grief, they hold it near,
A harmony born of every tear.
Through aching verses, we dare to feel,
A sorrow raw, a wound to heal.

Yet in the sadness, comfort grows,
A gentle balm for the heavy blows.
For every heart that's ever bled
Finds solace in the words unsaid.

So let the sad songs softly play,
And guide the tears that wash away
The weight of love, the ache of loss—
Through music, we heal, despite the cost.
