Heart of Stone

He built his dreams with fire and steel,   Through sweat and pain, through grit and will.   His path was carved with silent nights,   A war he waged beyond the sights.   But love, so sweet, so soft, so near,   Whispered dreams into his ear.   A choice was placed upon his chest—   His passion’s flame, or love’s request.   He turned away from burning light,   Held her close, embraced the night.   Yet soon he found, to his dismay,   Both love and purpose slipped away.   For goals demand a heart of stone,   And love still longs to call its own.   To chase one means to lose the fight,   To hold both tight is rarest might.   So walk the road with eyes aware,   Choose with wisdom, choose with care.   For once you drop what makes you whole,   You lose the fire—and lose your soul.

Divine Embrace

Isolationship, where thoughts entwine and hearts reveal,
We ponder on the value of what’s truly real.
From the start, we saw how often we may chase
What we believe is better, missing what we face.

People sometimes take for granted, without pause,
Those who bring irreplaceable worth to our cause.
In a world of fleeting choices, it’s clear to see,
The irreplaceable often hides in simplicity.

You’ve faced the pain of trust that broke and strained,
Forgiveness given, yet the scars remained.
In the dance of love, where disloyalty appeared,
You found that faith was where your heart was steered.

Isaiah 49:15, a beacon in the night,
Speak of love that’s pure, steadfast, and right.
In the silence of your soul, it’s clear and true,
That the love you seek is eternal, coming through.

For in the divine embrace, you’ve found your place,
Where healing starts, not in a fleeting human face.
It’s in God’s love that you find strength anew,
A constant source of peace to guide you through.

So as you journey forth, with faith as your guide,
Embrace the love that never will subside.
For in the end, it’s not in people’s fleeting grace,
But in God’s enduring love you’ll find your place.
