Heart of Stone

He built his dreams with fire and steel,   Through sweat and pain, through grit and will.   His path was carved with silent nights,   A war he waged beyond the sights.   But love, so sweet, so soft, so near,   Whispered dreams into his ear.   A choice was placed upon his chest—   His passion’s flame, or love’s request.   He turned away from burning light,   Held her close, embraced the night.   Yet soon he found, to his dismay,   Both love and purpose slipped away.   For goals demand a heart of stone,   And love still longs to call its own.   To chase one means to lose the fight,   To hold both tight is rarest might.   So walk the road with eyes aware,   Choose with wisdom, choose with care.   For once you drop what makes you whole,   You lose the fire—and lose your soul.

Vidambu

In Matuga deep, where silence reigns,
Lives a man named Vidambu, with hidden pains.
"They judge me," he whispers, with a heavy sigh,
Alone he walks, beneath the starlit sky.

"They judge me before they even know,
The depth of my heart, the seeds I sow."
In solitude, he finds his solace true,
Away from eyes that misconstrue.

Through winding paths, he wanders free,
A solitary soul, longing to be.
For in his world, where judgments abound,
He seeks refuge where peace is found.

Yet beneath the mask of solitude worn,
Lies a heart that's weary, tattered, and torn.
For despite his insistence, deep down he yearns,
For connection, acceptance, a fire that burns.

So let not Vidambu be lost in his plight,
For beneath his words, lies a flicker of light.
In the depths of his soul, a longing to be shown,
That beyond judgment, he's not alone.
