Learn to Starve Yourself

Before their hands withhold the plate, Before you're taught that hunger's fate, Learn to dine on less than full, To tame the beast, to break the pull. When crumbs are kings and silence feasts, You’ll find your strength among the least. A man who’s fasted tastes the air, Yet walks with calm through lean despair. Let discipline become your bread, And self-control the path you tread. For those who feast at others' cost Will leave you starving, cold, and lost. So train your gut to not depend On every gift that others send. Choose now the hunger you embrace— Or else be emptied in disgrace. Freedom wears a lighter frame, It does not beg, it plays no game. To starve by will is not to lose— It is the fiercest strength you choose.

Nanyu

In the quiet of the morning light, Nanyu sits, serene and bright,
Her gaze, a beacon, steady, true, in the depths of her soul, she knew.

With each breath, she finds her peace, amidst life's chaos, she won't cease,
For happiness, she's come to find, resides within, in heart and mind.

Through trials, storms, and darkest night, her inner joy, a guiding light,
No sadness from the world outside can dim the radiance, deep inside.

With gentle grace, she faces strife, embracing love, transcending life,
For in her soul, a truth is clear: happiness is found right here.

So let the winds of sorrow blow, Nanyu's heart will still bestow
A warmth that no external woe can shatter, for she's come to know:

That happiness, an inside job, empowers her against life's rob,
And in her joy, she finds the charm to weather any outer harm.
