Heart of Stone

He built his dreams with fire and steel,   Through sweat and pain, through grit and will.   His path was carved with silent nights,   A war he waged beyond the sights.   But love, so sweet, so soft, so near,   Whispered dreams into his ear.   A choice was placed upon his chest—   His passion’s flame, or love’s request.   He turned away from burning light,   Held her close, embraced the night.   Yet soon he found, to his dismay,   Both love and purpose slipped away.   For goals demand a heart of stone,   And love still longs to call its own.   To chase one means to lose the fight,   To hold both tight is rarest might.   So walk the road with eyes aware,   Choose with wisdom, choose with care.   For once you drop what makes you whole,   You lose the fire—and lose your soul.

Kadima

In the depths of night, where shadows creep,
Stood a man named Kadima, burdened deep.
In his soul, a darkness waged its fight,
Longing for an end, seeking for light.

He whispered to the heavens above,
"Take my life, O Lord, in your love."
But Christ, in mercy, heard his plea,
And whispered back, "I'll set you free."

For in Christ's nature, life abounds,
In His embrace, hope resounds.
Though the devil prowls with death in tow,
Kadima found safety in Christ's shadow.

Underneath His wings, a fortress strong,
Where fear and doubt could not prolong.
For where Christ reigns, death cannot claim,
In His love, Kadima found his aim.

So let the winds of doubt and despair cease,
For in Christ's embrace, there's perfect peace.
Kadima's journey, under Heaven's gleams,
Protected, cherished, in Christ's redeeming beams.
