Ntong'ondu
A tale of women, hearts curtailed.
In shadows cast by societal decree,
She saw a script not meant to set hearts free.
A lady fair, with dreams untold,
Yet burdened by a narrative old.
For in her musings, a realization stark,
That kindness falters in a world so dark.
Women cruel to men, a script rehearsed,
When provision lacks, compassion's dispersed.
In Ntong'ondu's heart, empathy stirred,
A yearning for a world less absurd.
But let not judgment cloud the view,
For narratives shift, perspectives renew.
In understanding's light, compassion may bloom,
A garden of love in life's vast room.
