Heart of Stone

He built his dreams with fire and steel,   Through sweat and pain, through grit and will.   His path was carved with silent nights,   A war he waged beyond the sights.   But love, so sweet, so soft, so near,   Whispered dreams into his ear.   A choice was placed upon his chest—   His passion’s flame, or love’s request.   He turned away from burning light,   Held her close, embraced the night.   Yet soon he found, to his dismay,   Both love and purpose slipped away.   For goals demand a heart of stone,   And love still longs to call its own.   To chase one means to lose the fight,   To hold both tight is rarest might.   So walk the road with eyes aware,   Choose with wisdom, choose with care.   For once you drop what makes you whole,   You lose the fire—and lose your soul.

Mwadena

In the realm of wisdom, Mwadena sought,
A scholar keen, through knowledge he brought.
Yet as he delved, a truth profound,
The more he learned, uncertainty crowned.

In dusty tomes and scrolls untold,
Mwadena's quest, a journey bold.
Each answer found unveiled a door,
To mysteries deeper than e'er before.

Through fields of science and philosophy wide,
Mwadena wandered, seeking to confide.
Yet every insight, a glimpse, a spark,
Revealed the vastness of the dark.

He pondered truths both old and new,
The paradox, a profound view.
For in the vast expanse of thought,
The more he knew, the less he caught.

In the tapestry of knowledge spun,
Mwadena learned, a humble son.
That wisdom's grasp, an endless sea,
The more he learned, the less to see.

So let his tale echo, a lesson learned,
In the pursuit of knowledge, edges turned.
For Mwadena found, in wisdom's glow,
The more you learn, the less you know.
