Heart of Stone

He built his dreams with fire and steel,   Through sweat and pain, through grit and will.   His path was carved with silent nights,   A war he waged beyond the sights.   But love, so sweet, so soft, so near,   Whispered dreams into his ear.   A choice was placed upon his chest—   His passion’s flame, or love’s request.   He turned away from burning light,   Held her close, embraced the night.   Yet soon he found, to his dismay,   Both love and purpose slipped away.   For goals demand a heart of stone,   And love still longs to call its own.   To chase one means to lose the fight,   To hold both tight is rarest might.   So walk the road with eyes aware,   Choose with wisdom, choose with care.   For once you drop what makes you whole,   You lose the fire—and lose your soul.

Kanyua

In the land of ventures, Kanyua did tread,
Eager eyes fixed on promises ahead.
Her purse swelled with dreams, a fervent sight,
Yet she failed to grasp Time's patient might.

In haste, she plunged into ventures untold,
Seeking quick rewards, her spirit bold.
But the winds of change whispered with dread,
The impatient souls, by folly, were led.

Fleeting gains shimmered, then slipped away,
Leaving Kanyua's dreams in disarray.
Her fortune dwindled, her hopes dismayed,
As the harsh truth of haste now forbade.

Through the shadows of loss, she learned to see,
That patience is the key to victory.
The worst investments, a bitter toll,
For those who rush and lose their soul.

Thus Kanyua embraced the wisdom's embrace,
Guided by patience, she set her pace.
Through the market's tumult, she stood tall,
Knowing the value of patience over all.
